Hon. Kerala High Court Saved KeralaRTC

Justice V Chidambaresh admitted the petition filed by the KSRTC Managing Director, seeking removal of the special diesel price, compelling KSRTC to pay the enhanced rate was ‘illegal and arbitrary’, and issued the notices.
KSRTC also submitted that the similar situation in Tamil Nadu, the High Court of Tamil Nadu had directed to provide diesel subsidy to the state owned buses. The court had ordered an interim injunction to take off  the special price to the KeralaRTC.

Now KeralaRTC will get the diesel in subsidy rate until the final order. Transport minister Sri Aryadan Mohammed said that he is expecting the final order also will be the same.
